Meet Alissa
Alissa Floyd brings a dynamic blend of marketing expertise, public relations experience, and a deep passion for architecture and design to her role as a global real estate advisor with Premier Sotheby’s International Realty’s Charlotte office, servicing the Triad region including Winston Salem, Clemmons and Lewisville.
Originally from Rumson, New Jersey, Alissa has called Winston-Salem home since 2013. With a background in communications and a keen eye for design, she seamlessly guides buyers and sellers through every step of their real estate journey.
Alissa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Wake Forest University and a Master’s degree in Public Relations and Corporate Communication from Georgetown University in Washington DC.
Her transition into real estate was more than a career move, it was a calling. Alissa has long been captivated by homes, particularly Winston-Salem’s historic estates, and she thrives on helping customers see the potential in every property. Her love for renovations allows her to guide buyers through fixer-uppers with confidence.
